About Purrsonality

There's a question every cat owner asks at some point: is my cat normal? The honest answer is no. No cat is normal. That's the entire point of cats. But it's still nice to know what kind of weird you got.

What it is

Purrsonality is a free cat-personality quiz, built by an indie developper as a working demo of three things at once: pixel-art SVG animation pipelines, multilingual edge-rendered web apps, and AdCP (Ad Context Protocol) signal-provider monetization. The result is also genuinely useful — fifteen questions about your cat's behavior, mapped to five dimensions and one of five personas. No account. No sign-up. Your answers never leave the browser.

Why it exists

Two reasons. First, most cat content online is either thinly written listicles or formal veterinary writing — almost nothing sits in the middle, in the playful-but-honest zone. Second, the author wanted to test whether an indie publisher could ship a production AdCP signal provider (RFC 9421 Ed25519 signed, agent-readable, schema-compliant) without enterprise infrastructure. This site is the answer: yes.

Who made it

kapoost — a CTO at Cloud Technologies, sailor, poet, hobbyist musician. He builds consumer software with AI agents at the architectural core. The personal site, including a full catalog of work, skills, and contact, lives at kapoost.humanmcp.net.

How it's funded

A single AdSense slot on the result page, loaded only after you accept the consent banner. No tracking pixels. No email lists. No paywall. If AdCP buyer agents activate the signal-provider endpoint, that's the future second revenue stream — but that channel sees aggregated, anonymous signals only, never personal data.

Languages

English plus ten other locales: Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Ukrainian. The site auto-detects your browser preference on first visit and remembers your choice. A manual switcher lives in the footer.

Contact

Best path is the author's personal site, which has a contact form and a published list of topics he's open to discussing (AdCP, indie consumer-AI, sailing, poetry, edge-rendered i18n, pixel-art SVG, MCP ecosystem). kapoost.humanmcp.net
